MQ Styling — Internal Invoicing Tool: End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of MQ Styling's internal invoicing automation tool (the "Software"), which connects MQ Styling's Acuity Scheduling booking data to MQ Styling's QuickBooks Online account for the sole purpose of creating customer invoices.

1. Scope of Use
The Software is a private, internal tool developed for and used exclusively by MQ Styling (MQ Automotive Ltd) staff. It is not distributed, licensed, or made available to the public or to any third party.

2. Permitted Use
The Software may only be used by authorised MQ Styling personnel to read booking data from MQ Styling's own Acuity Scheduling account and create corresponding invoices in MQ Styling's own QuickBooks Online account. No other use is permitted.

3. Data Handling
The Software processes booking and customer data solely to generate invoices within MQ Styling's own QuickBooks Online account. 4. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" for internal business use, without warranty of any kind. MQ Styling is responsible for reviewing all invoices created by the Software before relying on them.

5. Changes
MQ Styling may modify or discontinue the Software at any time without notice, as it is an internal tool and not a public product or service.
